By accessing, registering on, or using the base44 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and base44. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the base44 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of base44, including players who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and anyone who participates in any game, promotion, or feature offered by base44.

To register and play on base44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a base44 employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed base44 account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

base44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your eligibility, base44 may suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one base44 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. base44 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are identified.

When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, withdrawal processing, and support communications. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date in your account settings.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your base44 account. base44 will treat any action taken from your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in advance.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your base44 account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact base44 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

All deposits on base44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). base44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your base44 wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.

base44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated base44 account may be suspended.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• base44 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a game round has been played using those funds.

Withdrawals from your base44 wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. base44 processes withdrawal requests instantly in most cases. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or if your account requires additional verification.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. base44 may request a copy of your national ID card or other identity documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.
• base44 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Payment provider fees are outside base44's control.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

base44 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your base44 wallet as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• base44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

base44 may also run time-limited promotions tied to specific game modes such as Astar Live, Ludo Quick, Dragon of Demons, Wheel, Win, Mines, and Plants vs Dino. The specific terms for each promotion will be published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus rules where they differ.

All games available on base44 — including Astar Live, Ludo Quick, Dragon of Demons, Wheel, Win, Mines, and Plants vs Dino — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by base44 staff or by players.

Players must interact with base44 games manually and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the base44 platform in any way.

In the event of a technical failure that affects a game round, base44 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. base44's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

base44 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their activity on the platform, including deposit limits, session time caps, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available free of charge in your account settings.

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance. base44 takes responsible gaming seriously and will act on any request for self-exclusion promptly.

• Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on base44.
• Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. You may request an extension at any time.
• base44 will not send promotional communications to players who are self-excluded.

base44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods.
• Suspected money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at base44 staff or other players.
• Registration of duplicate accounts.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, base44 will notify you by email or in-platform message. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide documentation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

If the investigation confirms a breach, base44 may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law.

base44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on base44, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

base44 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or for identity verification purposes with approved third-party providers.

base44 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. base44 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical failures outside base44's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the base44 platform.

In all cases, base44's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

base44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, base44 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the base44 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using base44 and may request account closure by contacting support.
